Monday Munchies: Veggie Fritata

Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 Package Goat Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Goat Milk
  • 1/2 Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Diced Onion
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • Olive Oil Non-stick Cooking Spray

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prep round cake pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, wisk together eggs, milk, veggies.

Pour into pan, sprinkle cheese on top, place in oven, and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
